Mary Jane Holloway Hawthorne passed away May 2, 2024, at the age of 74.

Jane was born September 12, 1949, in Bay City, TX to Floyd Omer Holloway and Mary Idell Holton Holloway.

On January 29, 1972, Jane married James Paul Hawthorne and together they raised two sons Justin Paul and Jarred Polk.

Jane is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Larry Holloway. She is survived by her sons and their wives, Justin and Janice Hawthorne, Jarred and Terresa Hawthorne; grandsons Jace Paul Hawthorne and Karson Brady Hawthorne; brother Neil Holloway (Trisha), niece Nicole Holloway Stall (Travis); nephews Rhett Holloway, Chris Holloway and Clint Holloway, and numerous great-nieces, a great-nephew, and beloved cousins.

The family would like to thank Angels Hospice Care for their exceptional care of our mother.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
