Marvin Gene Brenner, 60, of Van Vleck passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012 in Bay City. He was born July 7, 1951 in Holton, Kansas. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Van Vleck, and a long time resident of Matagorda County.
Marvin is survived by his wife: Alice Jean Bailey Brenner of Van Vleck; 3 sons: Jack Gregg & wife Linda of Cheyenne, WY, Joe Gregg & wife Linda of Midland, TX, and Jim Gregg & wife Lisa of Rosesharon, TX; 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many many friends.
A memorial service will be held 7:30 PM Friday, January 27, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Van Vleck with Rev. Bob Hobbins and Rev. Joe Gregg officiating.
