Obituary
Mark Edward Dykes, 52, of Sugar Valley passed away July 20, 2007. He was born August 2, 1954 in Bay City, TX to Gene and Reta Dykes. He was a graduate of Van Vleck High School.
Survivors include his father: Gene Dykes of Sugar Valley; Brothers and sisters-in-law: Bill and Mary Dykes of Bay City, Curtis and Judy Dykes and Jeff and Gina Dykes of Sugar Valley; Nephews: Travis, Matthew, and Michael Dykes; Nieces: Beth Chapman and husband Ron, and Sadie Dykes; and a great nephew: Keith Chapman. He is preceded in death by his mother, Reta.
Special thanks to Pat Matthes and the hospice nurses for their support and care. Memorials in Mark's name can be made to Hospice Support Care of El Campo or a charity of your choice.
