Maria Juana Lara, 65, of Bay City passed away March 5, 2017. She was born June 24, 1951 in Mexico to the late Jose Lara and Maria Hernandez Lara.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Melchor Lara in 2012. Survivors include daughters Alejandra Estrada, Cilvia Reyes, Raquel Gonzales and Angelica Gurrola; sons Heralio Lara and Joshua Lara; 1 sister, 2 brothers, 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends and family from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM Thursday March 9, 2017 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with Rev. Juan Aguilera officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Heralio Lara, Joshua Lara, Xavier Reyes, Juan Gurrola, Marcus Aguilera, and Pedro Magana.
