Maria Guadalupe Vasquez Gonzalez, age 80, of Van Vleck, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on December 20, 2025 at 6:15pm. She was born on December 22, 1944, in Michoacán, Mexico.

Maria was a hardworking and devoted mother and grandmother whose life was centered around her family. She was known for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for those around her. Her home was a place of warmth, care, and tradition, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Juan Sandoval Gonzalez, who passed away on November 27, 2001. Maria is survived by her children: Maria Anderson, Janie Sandoval, Alicia Zamora, Esther Limas, Antonio Gonzalez, Angelica Gonzales, Elizabeth Lopez and Arturo Gonzales; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will forever cherish her memory. Her legacy of love, resilience, and family devotion will live on through generations.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM with Deacon Joe Ramos officiating.
