Margaret Delarosa Martinez, 62, of Bay City went to be with her heavenly father November 14, 2020.  She was born October 3, 1958 in Wharton, TX to the late Antonio Delarosa and Trinidad Herrera Delarosa.

Margaret retired as a home care provider in August 2020. She dedicated her career to giving more than 100%   love and compassion. Margaret loved playing bingo. She enjoyed cooking, music, taking care of her family and a good laugh over coffee with friends. Her children can attest to always being wise, kind and the first to lend a hand. Margaret gave a lot to many, but by far she gave the most to her family. As she gave all her love to everyone she met, she will live in a special place in all of our hearts as the beauty of the simple human heart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Joe Angel Delarosa and her brother Feliciano Delarosa.

Survivors include her husband Jose Luis Martinez; daughters Martina Delarosa Moreno (Wber) and Marie Delarosa Ortega (Angel); sons Elias Delarosa and Carmelo Aleman; daughter-in-law Robin Delarosa; sisters Maria Guadalupe Delarosa Paredes (Jorge) and Seniada Herrera Sierra; brother Richard Delarosa (Dolores); grandchildren Jennifer Longoria, Joel Delarosa, Amanda Flores, Isaac Flores, Maxine Rios Delarosa, Adelina Delarosa, Maribel Delarosa, Noah Aleman, Lexi Lasseter, Gabriella Aleman, Sophia Aleman, Olivia Aleman, Joe Angel Delarosa, Jr., Carlos Delarosa, Kaylee Delarosa, Nichole Ortega and Ethan Ortega and one great-grandchild James Longoria.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM.
