Margaret Denn Huddleston was born in Ellsworth, Wisconsin on December 23, 1921. She passed away on January 6, 2019 in Temple, Texas. She was raised and attended school in Bay City.

She married A.B. Huddleston of Markham, Texas after his return from WWII on December 18, 1945. The family moved to Houston in 1955 where they lived for the next 50+ years. She worked as the bookkeeper and executive secretary for William A. Smith Construction in Houston. After retiring she was a volunteer working in the gift shop and as the bookkeeper for the volunteers at Memorial Hospital System in Houston , Texas where she amassed over 20,000+ hours and won the Mayor's Award for volunteerism in the Health Profession. After the death of her husband, she moved to Temple, Texas to be closer to her grandkids.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents M.J. and Gladys Denn; her husband A.B.; infant son Tommy; brother Billy Denn, and sisters Maxine Farrar, Emily Lee and Betty Cartwright. She is survived by her son Alan Huddleston, daughter Fancy and her husband Eric, numerous nephews and nieces, grandkids, great grand kids and great-great grand kids.

Visitation will be held at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 6:00-8:00pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 1 ^st Presbyterian Church in Bay City at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.
