Madison Danielle Hunter, 20, of Palacios passed away October 2, 2019. She was born June 19, 1999 in Victoria, TX to Keith and Paulette Hunter.

Maddy was full of life and loved by everyone that knew her. Her sense of humor was a breath of fresh air & made you quickly forget your worries. She was passionately protective of everyone & everything she knew, especially animals. A true animal lover that cared deeply about her pets. Maddy loved & was drawn to the coast, the ocean was her peace. She made the world a better place by her typically selfless choice to be an organ donor & a part of her will live on through the many lives she will save.

Maddy is preceded in death by grandparents Julius and Helena Hunter and cousin Matthew Merck. She is survived by her parents; sister Savanah Hunter; grand parents Steve and Sandy Ard; great grandmother Fran Ard, niece Brylee and nephew Bryston.

The family will receive friends and relatives 5:00pm-7:00pm Monday, October 7 at Palacios Funeral Home. Services are 10:00am Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Palacios with Rev. Louis Rush officiating. Interment will follow at Palacios Cemetery. Pallbearers are Andrew Mooneyham, Ryan Wilke, Josh Ramirez, Dax Johnson, Sammy Fulton and Noah Garcia.
