Lois Margaret Boarder, 92, of Bay City passed away Thursday, September 24, 2009. She was born October 24, 1917 in Maywood, Illinois to the late Louis A. Dumond and Margaret M. Gonya Dumond. Lois had been a resident of Bay City for the past two & half years. She was formerly a resident of California.

Lois is survived by her daughter: Diane Mesey & husband Richard of Bay City; son: Harry Boarder & wife Ella of Slidell, Louisiana; 7 grandchildren: Christine Mesey, William, Richard, Robert, Thomas, Carrie & Bobby Boarder; and 12 great grandchildren which includes Jonathan, Carol, & Brittney Pflueger. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of almost 53 years William Harry Boarder in 1992; and son Robbie Boarder in 1999.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:30 PM Friday, October 2, 2009 at St. Robert's Catholic Church in Markham with Father Sam Appiasi officiating.
