This world has lost a beautiful soul, but Heaven has gained an amazing angel. Lisa Krenek of Bay City, TX was born to Preston & Jean Weeks in Tulia, TX on August 23, 1957, and left us to join her Heavenly Father on March 27, 2011. Lisa and her beloved husband Gary have four daughters Leslie Stange & husband Scott of Rosenberg, Laurie Falknor of Houston, Jessica Woolsey & husband Jon of Bay City and Chelsie Krenek of Bay City and two granddaughters Camryn Ashlee Stange & Lottie Mae Woolsey. Lisa's family was her whole world, and she was the heart of her family. She was many things to many people, but mostly, she was a devoted wife & mother. She will be dearly missed but we know that she is perfect & whole in the arms of Jesus now and watching over us all. She was a true testament of God's work through human hearts & hands, and she has left a mark on this world and every life that she touched that will never fade. In addition to her husband, daughters and granddaughters she is survived by her parents, Preston & Jean Weeks of Bay City; brother Bret Weeks & wife Shelly of Van Vleck; sister Christy Hauser & husband Gary of The Woodlands and countless aunts, uncles, cousins and dear, dear friends.

There will be a viewing at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Zimmerman officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be Bret Weeks, Gary Hauser, Scott Stange, Kyle Krobot, Jon Woolsey, B. J. Krenek, Arthur Milberger and Wayne Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Shaun Hauser, Chase Hauser and John McLelland. The family respectfully requests that donations be made to the M. D.
