Obituary

We celebrate the life and mourn the death of Linda Lyle. She passed peacefully surrounded by her husband David and daughters, Theresa and Anna.

In passing she leaves behind her husband David Lyle, married nearly 53 years, her daughters Theresa and son in law Kevin LeDoux, Anna Lyle (Howe), and grandsons Garrett and Brady LeDoux, Clayton Howe, great grandson Cypress LeDoux, granddaughter Jade Howe and honorary granddaughter Aubrey Garza.

We will remember her as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, best friend and grandmother and hold those memories close to our hearts as we mourn her passing. She supported, loved, guided, and provided laughter to us all.

Linda has been a staple of her family and community. She leaves behind a life filled with servitude and love for her community. Her love and kindness were evident to everyone who met her. She helped facilitate fundraising for others in need, was a caregiver for relatives, donated generously with her time and love to those in need without questions. She shared her abundance of blessings in life with those around her.

It's difficult to summarize her life with a paragraph, so this is what we could think of. Linda was instrumental in starting the recycling center, after working to support the Lions Club noon chapter, and she joined the co-ed evening club where she served as Vice President and President. While serving as a member of the Lions Club, she was involved in a matter close to heart in transporting special needs children to and from the Lions Club Camp in Kerrville, TX.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father William and Betty Ham, sister Cheryl Ham, and brother Billy J. Ham.

To honor Linda, a remembrance will be held on Monday, June 9th, 2025 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home (Bay City) with visitation at 1 pm and service at 2 pm. We ask that any donations be sent to The Lions Club Camp in memory of Linda.
