Lillie Rose Keith, 79, of Sargent passed away October 15, 2013. She was born December 26, 1934 in Sargent, TX to the late Mack Irving Phillips and Edna Rose Miller Phillips. She was a retired dispatcher with Matagorda County Sheriff's Department.

She was preceded in death by her lifelong love, Ted Bowen & son Mack Keith. Survivors include daughters Debi Clayton & husband Ralph of Sargent and Anissa Carter & husband Dee of Van Vleck; son Kem Keith of Sargent; step-children Carol Salley, Dyer & wife Doris Bowen & Rankin & wife Roxanne Bowen; sister Gloria Smith of Bay City; brother Ewing Martin of Conroe; grandchildren Jennifer Gutierrez, Pamela Clayton, Bethany Clayton, Lyndsey Carter, Meagan Carter, Matthew Carter, Erika Keith, Julie (Kurt) Inza, T.R. Bowen IV, Chris Bowen, Joey Kennedy and 9 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5pm until 7pm Friday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ben Kerns officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
