Tishie Aliene Lewis Johnson Tripp, age 92 of Toccoa, GA, passed away at The Overlook Senior Living facility on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Born December 15, 1928, in Hamptonville, NC, she was the youngest of fourteen children of Oscar and Charity Lewis.

She was of the Christian faith and served her Lord in many churches throughout her life and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, LP Johnson, sons Foy Jasper Johnson and Michael David Johnson.

Mrs. Tripp is survived by her husband of 14 years, Roy G. Tripp. Family members include two sons and daughters-in-law: Donnie and Linda Johnson of Eads, TN; Dale and Malena Johnson of Toccoa, GA; Lynnette Anthony of Richmond, TX.  Step-daughters & step-sons-in-law: Pamela & Jose Padilla of Toccoa, GA; Constance & Dennis Fisk of Cedar Springs, MI; Joy & the late Bruce Ringler of Sparta, MI; Denise & Brian Ringler of Grand Rapids, MI; Dawn & Chuck Rouse of Red Bay, AL; and step-son Sam Tripp of NY.

Mrs. Tripp had 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  She was also grandmother to Mr. Tripp's grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City, TX on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM with interment at Midfield Cemetery, Midfield, TX.

A Memorial Service will be held in Toccoa, GA at a later date to honor Mrs. Tishie Tripp.
