Obituary
Leland H. "Sarge" Davis, 89, of Blessing passed away May 2, 2007. He was born August 5, 1917 in Gunner, TX to Joe Knox Davis and Mary Frances West Davis. He retired as Sargent in the US Air Force; was a member of the Blessing American Legion and the El Campo VFW Post.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Davis of Blessing and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Monday, May 7, 2007 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Hill Winfrey officiating. Interment will follow with military honors at Hawley Cemetery in Blessing.
