Laura Lee Holliday, 60, of Van Vleck passed away September 10, 2020.  She was born August 27, 1960 in Bay City to the late William Ora Brown and Lila Ruth Albrecht Brown.

She grew up with her five siblings and really enjoyed life. Along the way, she met the love of her life, Brian Holliday. They later married and had three handsome boys: Brian Lee, Eric and Mark. Laura worked for many years at the Bay City Vet Clinic where she got to express her love of animals! She was full of adventure, loved gardening and spending time with her family, grandkids and friends at the Holliday Pond. She was a loving Memaw, Aunt Sister and best friend to many.

Survivors include her husband Brian Holliday of Van Vleck; sons Brian Lee Holliday of Van Vleck, Eric Holliday of Corpus Christi and Mark Holliday of San Antonio; sisters Ruth Brown of Corpus Christi and Betty Houser of Hinton, VA; brothers Bill Brown of Sweeny and Donnie Brown of Markham and grandchildren Lauren, Erica and Allison Holliday of New Braunfels and Ellie & Austin Holliday of San Antonio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Brown.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM Monday, September 14, 2020 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 10:00 AM.  Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.  Pallbearers are Chris Holliday, Jeremy Holliday, Michael LeMaster, D. J. Brown, Christopher Brown and Zac Houser. Honorary pallbearers will be Robbie Holliday and Alex LeMaster.
