Pervis Kyyneth "Kyy" Minkert, 76, of Bay City passed away June 22, 2019. She was born January 28, 1943 in Crowell, TX to the late Floyd Glynn Collier and Mary Sue Bryant Collier.

She was a 1961 graduate of Tidehaven High School and worked as a Realtor for many years. She was a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the Matagorda County Board of Realtors.

Kyy Married William "Bill" Gardner Minkert on September 1, 1961 at the First Baptist Church in Markham, TX. Bill passed away on father's day 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her brother Glynn Collier, and a grandson Noah James Minkert.

Survivors include daughters Frances Suvannah Andries and Paula Genyl Gray & husband Billy; son William Floyd Minkert & wife Julie; grandchildren Sarah Kyyneth Bennett, Kennedy Wardsorth Minkert, Samuel Wayne Gray and Phillip Casey Gray and great grandchildren Autumn Kyyneth Bennett, Ethan Gray, Parker Huntley, Gwin Gray and Auberon Adams.

Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the Hawley Cemetery near Blessing, TX with Dr. Mike Zimmerman officiating.
