Kelly R. Winters was born 12 March 1973 and passed away 24 August 2017. Her passing was sudden and unexpected. She is survived by her husband David Winters, mother Gwen Pennington both of Bay City and father Bob Pennington of Dallas TX.

Kelly obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M university in 1996 and worked for Dow Chemical Company for the last 20 years specializing in Global Supply Chain Management. Kelly enjoyed working in her yard, tending her gardens, spending time with her family and dog and searching out new recipes for her husband to cook. Kelly was a loving wife and devoted Christian involved in her church and numerous bible studies. She will be missed by many.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 15, 2017 at The First Baptist Church of Bay City with Dr. Mike Zimmerman officiating.
