Keith Truette Buckley, 75, of Sweeny, TX passed away August 7, 2018. He was born December 25, 1942 in Morton, Mississippi to the late Joel H. Buckley and Modena Morehead Buckley.

Keith is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Joel C. Buckley. He is survived by his wife Helen Chambers Buckley of Sweeny; son Thomas T. Buckley (Kelly) of West Columbia, Texas ; daughter Stephanie L. Boyd (David) of Clayton, North Carolina, grandchildren Jacob T. LeBlue of Palm Beach Shores, Florida, Kelsie I. Buckley of Mineola, New York, Juan Carlos Garza of Angleton, Texas, and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Keith was a respectful, compassionate man with love for family and friends. He had a 45 year career as a chemical engineer for several oil companies. Over the years, Keith was a talented sportsman, with later years proving him to be an avid golfer.

Visitation will be at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City, TX on Friday August 10, from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Services will be 3:00pm Saturday August 11, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will be Tuesday August 14, 2018 at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson, MS.
