Katy "Ms. Kay" Wratislaw died peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, November 7, 2014. Katy was born on September 1, 1934 in Bowie County, Texas to the late Samuel Isaac and Elector Sheldon Graham. Katy was retired from Matagorda Regional Hospital after nearly 20 years of service. Katy was a very kind, compassionate person. She was active in her children's lives and in her community. Katy is survived by her children, Kathy (Joe) Watt, Pam (Ricky)Owens, Mary (Brian) Doss; grandchildren, Jackie Contreras, Stephanie Ramirez, Sonya Ramirez, Misty Wooten, Justin Owens, Aaron Powell, Ryan Powell, Jason Powell, Jackson Doss, Garrett Doss; Great-grandchildren, Chandler, Kylie, Ty, Joshua, Leah, Jordan, Sawyer, Jaycee, Gracelynn; niece Norma Oliver and numerous other relatives. Katy is preceded in death by her 1st husband Chester Powell, 2nd husband Rudy Wratislaw, son John Powell, grandson Dusty Owen. Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday at Roselawn Memorial Park.
