Obituary
Katherine Overman, 95, of Palacios, TX passed away Sunday, August 3, 2008. She was born December 24, 1912 in Houston, TX to the late William J. Cade and Martha S. Ringgold Cade. She was a member of the Episcopal Church, a retired medical laboratory manager, and has resided at Schicke Point since 1983.
She is survived by her husband: C. L. Overman of Palacios; her son: James Sparra of Palacios; a grandson: Hunt Sparra; and a great grandson: Hunt Jackson Sparra. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by six brothers and sisters.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 7, 2008 at the Palacios Cemetery in Palacios, TX. Lay Vicar Cynthia Tobola from St. John's Episcopal Church of Palacios will officiate the service.
