Juanita B. Martinez, 69, of Bay City passed away December 22, 2017. She was born March 13, 1948 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Raquel Becerra and Maria Pasqual Becerra.

She was preceded in death by a son, Victor Rodriguez.

Survivors include daughters Jennifer Rodriguez and Flor Martinez Hernandez; sons Robert Phillip Rodriguez, Jr., Miguel Antonio Martinez, Jose Sylvester Martinez, John Adolph Martinez and Amador Martinez; sister Esmeralda Gusman; brothers Rudy Becerra, Victor Becerra, Amador Becerra, Ricardo Becerra and Gilbert Becerra; 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 8PM Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017 at the funeral home with a rosary at 6:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Msgr. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Pallbearers will be Robert Rodriguez, Jr., Miguel Martinez, Jose Martinez, Amador Martinez, Victor Rodriguez, Jr. and Guillermo Hernandez.
