Juana Nieto Dominguez, 64, of Bay City, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010 in Houston, TX. She was born May 22, 1946 in Mercedes, TX to the late Aurelio Nieto and Ofelia Trevino Nieto. She was a resident of Bay City since 1985 and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband: Abel Dominguez of Bay City; her daughters and sons-in-law: Margie & Armando Jacques of Bay City, Ofelia & Armando Hasette of Bay City, Susie & Albert Maseda of Kyle, Sandy Plant & partner Melanie of Bay City, and Erica & David Torrez of Bay City; her sons and daughters-in-law: Angel & Lydia Dominguez of Bay City, Abel & Carmen Dominguez, Jr. of El Campo, Danny & Sheila Dominguez of La Porte, and Aurelio & Annette Dominguez of Bay City; by sisters: Ruth Garcia and Mary Villarreal of Mercedes; by brothers: Federico Gomez and Aurelio Nieto of Mercedes, and Adolfo Nieto of Bay City; and by 31 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and by two grandchildren: Alexandria Renee Maseda and Aurelio Dominguez, Jr.

A Prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the Harvest Time Church in Bay City with Rev. Bobby Williams officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City. Pallbearers will be Abel Dominguez, III, Angel Dominguez, Jr., Armando Hasette, Jr., Albert Maseda, Jr., Adrian Jacques, Armando Jacques, Jr., Daniel Dominguez, and Mark Dominguez.
