IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Juan M.
Aguilar
May 5, 1948 – February 8, 2024
Juan M. Aguilar, 75, of Bay City, passed away February 8, 2024. He was born May 5, 1948 in Eagle Pass, Texas to the late Bernardino Aguilar and Maria DelCarmen Godinez Aguilar.
Johnny, as most of his family called him, didn't have many hobbies that were his passion. What he had, was appreciation for his marriage, his children and his grandchildren. He was married for over fifty years to the same women that helped him raise four children into adulthood. He enjoyed taking part in his church role, as a greeter. It gave him so much satisfaction. Johnny took extreme pride in watching his grandchildren achieve different levels of accomplishments. Their achievements and abilities were his purpose in life. He gracefully indulged in their proficiencies, skills, and performances. He consumed their day to day accomplishments, even the smallest of feats. His character was one that demanded respect. He carried a particular way about himself that instilled confidence in others, especially his grandchildren. He had an admiration for their accomplishments.
Survivors include his wife Mary Aguilar; daughter Connie Murphy (Shannon); sons John Aguilar, Jr. (Cindy), David Aguilar (Hannah) and Daniel Aguilar; sisters Rosita Ortiz, Maria Clark, Sandra Aguilar, Mary Corona and Diane Martinez; brothers Joe Luis Aguilar, Jesse Aguilar, Gabriel Aguilar, Ben Aguilar and Tony Aguilar; grandchildren John Aguilar III, Ceanna Aguilar, Ciara Aguilar, Kristian Jones, Kaleigh Gilbert, Erin Rivera, Bailey Russell, Gaven Aguilar, Logan Aguilar, Kasen Aguilar, Evann Aguilar, Leland Aguilar, Landon Aguilar, Linkin Aguilar, Logan Murphy and Rylie Murphy; great grandchildren Grayson Aguilar, Gabriel Aguilar, Lily Zamora, Khloe Jones, Stella Rivera, Freddie Rivera III, Lorenzo Gilbert, Bryson Aguilar and Adelynn Aguilar and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
