Joyice Lee Johnson, 85, passed away on December 12, 2025 in Bay City, Texas.  She was born March 11, 1940 in Wharton county to Zelma Anderson and General Wiley.

Joyice was  preceded in death by her parents, husband, four siblings  and two grandchildren.  She is survived by her seven children, Lawrence Johnson (Sheila), Clifton Johnson, Adlean Roberts, Felicia Whitaker, Zelma Davidson, (Stephen), Jean Morgan, Harriett Johnson, 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

A memorial service  in honor and celebration of Joyice's life will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Van Vleck.
