Joyce Heinroth Armstrong, 79, of Bay City, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2005. She was born September 7, 1926 in Baytown, TX to Ham Lee Elder and Cordella Mae Currier Elder. Formerly of Channelview, she was a resident of Bay City since 1990 and a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband: Martin D. Armstrong of Bay City; by her daughter: Celine Krenek & husband B.J. of Bay City; her son: Albert Walter Heinroth II & wife Elizabeth Lynn of San Marcos; by a brother: Tommy Joe Elder of Conroe; and by her grandchildren: Chadley Scott Krenek, Shelley Rene Krenek, Erich Lloyd Heinroth and Lisa Elizabeth Kelso. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Albert Walker Heinroth.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at St. Peter Lutheran Church with Rev. Eric Klimpel officiating. Committal services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at the Chapel of the Chimes Mausoleum, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, TX 77521.
