Joseph Harry Rutledge, 72, of Palacios passed away May 5, 2020. He was born October 4, 1947 in Parrish, Florida to the late Lewis Rutledge and Viola Parrish Rutledge.

Survivors include his wife Patsy Cooley Rutledge, his sons Michael Lee Rutledge and Stephen Craig Rutledge and his wife Raquel and grandchildren Alexandra, Anthony and Aaron Rutledge.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM Monday, May 11, 2020 at the Palacios Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Monday, May 11, 2020 at the Midfield Cemetery in Midfield, Texas.
