Johnnie Sue Popek Bryant, 50, of Bay City passed from this world to be with her Lord and Savior on December 12, 2012. She was born October 10, 2012 in Bay City to Johnny Popek and Leona Shumate Popek. She was devoted to her family and her faith. She was a member of Abundant Life Church.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Kenneth James Bryant; her best friend and devoted daughter Katherine Lynn Saldana & husband Ramiro of Bay City; loving son Johnathan Floyd Bryant & wife Kellie Johnson-Bryant of Wichita Falls, TX; sisters Pam Reis of Van Vleck, Connie Mechura of Lane City and Mary Popek of Bay City; 3 beautiful grandchildren, also known as Mimi's girls, Kiley Faith Saldana, Kallie Grace Saldana and Alaina Yvonne Bryant and many nieces and nephews and in-laws.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be at 4:00 PM Monday, December 17, 2012 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Greg McMullin officiating.
