Obituary
John Frank Williamson, 57, of Bay City passed away July 29, 2009. He was born February 3, 1952 in Zellumsee, Austria to Joe & Paula Put Williamson. He was a former employee of Brazco Development and Columbia Ranch. John was an avid Motorcyclist and Car Enthusiast and former member of the Brazosport Harley Owner's Group.
His father preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Marilyn Williamson of Bay City mother Paula and husband Dean Huntley of San Antonio; children Stephanie Kelley of Clute and Brandon Kelley of Freeport; mother-in-law Helen Holt of Clear Lake City, 6 wonderful grandchildren who are each unique in their own way and a host of extended family and friends.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Employees and Customers of Alamo Lumber Co.; Dr. Dane Simons and Dr. James Rorig and their staff members; the medical staff at UTMB Galveston and Memorial Hermann Houston and a special love and thanks to Houston Hospice-El Campo for providing care and comfort to John and his family during his final days.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Friday, July 31, 2009 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City. The family asks that memorials in his name be given to Houston Hospice-El Campo, PO Box 1417, El Campo, TX 77437.
