John William Milner, 79, of Bay City passed away May 27, 2014. He was born December 24, 1934 to the late William "Zeb" & Verda Milner. He graduated from BCHS in 1952. He retired from Brown & Root Construction, worked many years in the oil field and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include children Odie & Kim Milner, Suzan L. Thompson, John & Kathy Milner, Allen Milner and Johnna & David Stevens; sister Sallie Milner Salas; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 5pm until 7pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Thomas Russell Frieze, Robert Morales, Jesse Villarreal, David Stevens, Ed "Britches" Quinney and Draven Barchet.
