John Wesley Taylor, Jr., 27, of Brazoria passed away Sept. 4, 2008. He was born January 14, 1981 in Bay City, TX to John Wesley Taylor, Sr. & D'Juana Lacina Taylor.

Survivors include his parents both of Brazoria; brother Jake Taylor of Brazoria; maternal grandmother Doretta Lacina of Brazoria; paternal grandmother Eunice Ware of Baton Rouge, LA; Aunts Rhonda Weathers of Brazoria, Debbie & Larry Jones of Mississippi, Donna & D. D. Phenald and Diane & Kenny Northrop all of Louisiana as well as a number of great aunts & uncles, cousins and other relatives.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6pm to 8pm Saturday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. David Pate officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. P. J. Nelson, Jay Johnson, John Ashley, Jim Alford, Randy Miksch & Ryan Naquin will serve as pallbearers with Billie Turner as honorary pallbearer. Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
