John Bill "Johnny" Milner, 63, of Bay City passed away November 22, 2025.  He was born July 2, 1962 in Bay City, Texas to the late John William Milner and Alberta Lee Bristow Milner. As a member of the United States Air Force he served in the military police.

Survivors include his wife Kathy Milner; children Amanda Roberts and husband Chris, Steven Troy Milner and wife Cayla, Bery'Ann Pearson and Paul Anthony Perez; sister Johnna Milner; brothers Allen Kent Milner and Joe Lee Milner; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be at  10:00 AM Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Cedarvale Cemetery.
