John Russell Cunningham, 43, of Bay City, passed away Monday, November 17, 2008. He was born September 17, 1965 in Palacios, TX to Clarence Henry Cunningham and Barbara Ann Lanmon Cunningham. He resided in Palacios and moved to Bay City in 2004. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Palacios, was a Sales Representative for NAPA Auto Parts, a member of the National Limousine Association, a member of the N.R.A. and was the Athletic Director for the Bay City Youth Football Association.

He is survived by his wife: Constance Winters Cunningham of Bay City; his mother: Barbara Cunningham of Palacios; by his step children: Brittainy Michelle Helton of College Station, Brandon Scott Gavranovic and Brian Taylor Gavranovic, both of Bay City; by his sisters: Betty Joan Reynolds & husband Tommy and Phyllis Brooks & husband, Ned III, all of Palacios. He was preceded in death by his father: Clarence Henry Cunningham.

Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, November 20, 2008 at the First Baptist Church, 202 Main St., Palacios, TX, with Rev. Zach Nicholson officiating.
