Joe Allen Rodgers, 69, of Bay City passed away July 10, 2019. He was born June 13, 1950 in Matagorda County to the late Marvin Rodgers and Lucille Bullard Rodgers.

Joe worked for the City of Bay City for many years, most recently at the Bay City Recycling Center.

He is survived by his brother Marvin Rodgers of Sweeny and numerous friends.

Visitation will be 5PM until 7PM Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 10AM Friday, July 19, 2019 at Cedarvale Cemetery with Matt Springfield officiating.
