Joe Edwin Frost, 77, of Bay City passed away Sept. 22, 2017. He was born March 22, 1940 in Parks, Arkansas to the late Ellis Ferrell Frost and Ila Mae Lindsey Frost Hiltunen.

He was a retired Iron Worker and co-owner of Frost Mobile Home Park in Bay City.

He was preceded in death by one daughter Elizabeth Frost Morrow and one brother Donald Ross Frost.

Survivors include his wife Linda J. Frost of Bay City; daughters Virginia Frost Cole (Robert) and Carolyn Frost both of Bay City; son Joey Frost of Bay City; sisters Linda K. Frost of Arkansas and Judy Christopher (Tommy) of Dallas; sister-in-law Marilyn Thornton; brother-in-law Glenn Tucker; grandchildren Stephanie Walker, Elaine Staples, Bradley Sabrsula, Trent Frost and Laura Sykes and great grandchildren Brittany Walker, Jada Reddic, Malik Reddic, Corey Lewis, Colby Staples and Carley Staples.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 7PM Monday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Chapel with Rev. Lane Pardue officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Sabrsula, Ray Tucker, Corey Lewis, Jay Crochet, David Tucker, Jody Tucker, Duane Tucker and Billy Staples. Honorary pallbearers will be Wallace Hill, Tommy Christopher, Donald Tucker, Glenn Tucker, Roger Thornton, Robert Cole, Jerome Reddic, Ben Gregory, Allan Tucker, Bert Irwin, Danny Morran, Allan Black, Johnny Polk, Sam Hurta and all of Joe's grandchildren and great grandchildren.
