Joe A. Birkner, Jr. was born on March 29, 1923 to the late Joseph A. and Mabel Green Birkner, Sr.. Passed away on October 6, 2011 in Bay City.
Visitation will be on Saturday from 3:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at the funeral home.
The funeral service will be on Sunday 2:00P.M. at the First Christian Church, 3920 Doris St. in Bay City with the Rev. Tom Quirk and Rev. Tim Birkner officiating.
