Obituary
Jesusa Vela, 80, of Bay City, passed away July 17, 2017. She was born April 27, 1937 in Poteet, TX to the late Albino Villanueva and Paula Moreno Villanueva.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Vela, Sr. Survivors include daughters Malinda Fabela (Daniel), Lucinda Lough (Ray), Dora Trevino and Janie Vasquez; sons Frank Vela, Jr. (Rosemary) and Adam Vela; 25 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 7PM Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Friday, July 21, 2017 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frank Vela III, A. J. Vela, Rick Gaitan, Cory Vela, Gus Vela, Mark Vasquez, Henry Hernandez and Steven Hernandez.
