Jesus Alfonso Hernandez, 73, of Bay City passed away July11, 2019 in Wisconsin. He was born September 20, 1945 in Piedras Negras, Mexico to the late Isabel & Casimira Vielma Hernandez. Jesus was a former resident of Eagle Pass, TX, and worked in Clyman, Wisconsin as a machine operator for Seneca Food Corp.

He is survived by Beloved wife: Irene A Esquivel Hernandez; Only child, daughter: Sonia L Hernandez & spouse Manuel Garcia; Grandchildren: Lorena Velarde & spouse Miguel Velarde, Johana Lopez & spouse Ector Lopez, Melanie Barrientos & spouse Epi Garcia, Jose Barrientos Jr. & spouse Lorena Barrientos, and Alejandra Castañeda; Great Grandchildren: Miguel Velarde Jr., Damian Velarde, Xavier Velarde, Ector Lopez Jr., Jaysen Gonzalez, Jionni Lopez, Mackynzie Velarde, Joy Barrientos, Kensley Castañeda, Jennifer Garcia, Mykayla Garcia, and Leana Garcia; and siblings: Rogelio, Pedro, Maria Elena Mtz, Hector, Isabel Jr., Juan, Rolando, Susana B., and Conrado.  Jesus was preceded in death by his parents, and great grandchild: Joziah Barrientos.

The family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 10:00am Monday, July 22, 2019, the Rosary will be at 1:30pm, at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Services will be 3:00pm Monday, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Fr. Gabriel Espinosa officiating. Pallbearers will be: Jose A. Barrientos Jr, Miguel Velarde, Manuel Garcia, Ector Lopez, Epi Garcia, and Miguel Velarde Jr.
