Jesse Galvan of Blessing went to be with his Lord on Sunday, May 22, 2016. He was born August 14, 1966 in Bakersfield, CA to Candelario Galvan and Maria Irma Galvan. Jesse loved fishing, floating the river, 80's music, his children and grandchildren and helping others always.

Jesse is survived by his wife Christina Carrillo Galvan; children Jon' Eric Lopez, Anthony R. Galvan, Miranda Galvan, Mandi Galvan & Michael Winters; grandchildren Liyah Winters and Brayden Galvan; parents Candelario & Maria Irma Galvan; brother Jose Luis Galvan, Sr.; sisters Angelina Galvan, Amelia Aguilar & Armondo Aguilar, Sr. and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother Candelario Galvan, Jr.; paternal grandparents Ramon & Angelita Galvan; maternal grandparents Benito & Florincia Garza and nephew Armando G. Aguilar, Jr.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 7PM Friday at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Saturday, May 28, 2016 at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Rev. Peter Yeboah-Amanfo officiating. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jon' Eric Lopez, Anthony Rene Galvan, Michael Bryan Winters, Jose Luis Galvan, John Sliva and Lawrence Tristan. Honorary pallbearers will be Carmelo Marchese, Jacob Rodriguez and Anthony Tristan.
