Jeffie Harvey, 78, of Palacios, TX, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2009. He was born February 15, 1931 in Palacios, TX to Curtis Raymond Harvey and Leetta Mae Lee Harvey. He was a life long resident of Palacios, was a retired Foreman from Matagorda County Precinct Three and was a veteran of the US Navy during the Korean Era.

He is survived by his wife: Elna of Palacios; by his daughters: Jean and Kaye; by his sons: Dan, Charles, John and Tim; by a sister Delores; by brothers: Charles and Terry; and by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, September 18, 2009 at the Palacios Cemetery in Palacios, TX.
