Thelma Jean "Jeanie" Parma, 87, of Lake Jackson passed away September 26, 2022.  She was born August 14, 1935 in her grandparents house in Van Vleck, TX to the late Earl Wyatt Sirmon and Annie Thelma Sansing Sirmon.  On June 12, 1954, she married her High-School Sweetheart Hubert Lang Parma.  After his retirement, they enjoyed traveling and RV'ing together until his death in 2006.

Survivors include family members Patti & Cliff Phillips, Clay, Brittany and Stetson Phillips and Justin and Noah Phillips; sister-in-law Ada Stange; nieces and nephew Belinda Kinkade, who has been such a Blessing, Lesli Hill and David Angerstein and her beloved dogs Dutchie and Nicky.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Friday, September 30, 2022 at Cedar Lane Baptist Church.  Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM with Rev. Mike Patterson officiating.  Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be John Ashcraft, Mark Grisham, Gary Crabtree, Kasey Crabtree, Justin Phillips and Noah Phillips.
