Obituary
Jean Elizabeth Wiesepape, 84, of Palacios passed away March 6, 2011. She was born April 1, 1926 in Abilene, TX to the late Louis J. Jones, Jr. and Alice Elizabeth Atkinson Jones. She was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from Cullen Frost Bank in San Antonio, TX after 21 years of service.
Her husband Harry J. Wiesepape and a grandson Andrew L. Mahoney both preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Linda and Shan Jackson of Palacios; brother Louis J. Jones III & wife Diana of Rockport and grandsons Robert J. Mahoney II of Houston and Christopher B. Mahoney of Palacios.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM to 7PM Thursday, March 10, 2011 at the Palacios Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 7PM. Interment service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas. Memorials may be made in her memory to the Port Lavaca Church of Christ.
