Jason Earl Cornett, 32, of Cuero passed away April 16, 2008. He was born February 1, 1976 in El Campo, Texas to Douglas Reno Cornett & Rosemary Perkins Cornett.

Survivors include his wife Erin Grigsby Cornett of Cuero; mother Rosemary Cornett of Palacios; father & step-mother Douglas & Kathy Cornett of Palacios; paternal grandmother Dorothy Cornett of Blessing; daughters Shana Cornett of Palacios, Jennifer, Sarah & Madison Cornett all of Cuero; son Cody Cornett of Cuero; brothers Reno Cornett & wife Michelle, James Cornett & wife Heather & Joey Cornett all of Palacios and a number of nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends & relatives from 7 PM to 9 PM Friday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, April 19, 2008 at the Palacios Cemetery with Rev. June White officiating. Pallbearers will be: James Cornett, Joey Cornett, Reno Cornett, Gerald Dyer, Russell McIntosh, Joe Mendoza, and Todd Perkins.
