James Paul Wyatt, Jr., 60 of Palacios, passed away Monday, July 2, 2007 in Houston, TX. He was born March 31, 1947 in El Campo, TX to James Paul Wyatt, Sr. and Daisy Hortense Langston Wyatt. He was a lifelong resident of Palacios. He was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam Era and a Life Member of VFW Post 2467 in Palacios. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his wife: Paula Wyatt of Palacios; his sons: John Wyatt of Collegeport, James Wyatt & wife Christina of Clute and Devin Wyatt of Palacios; and by 4 grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents: Hortense and James P. Wyatt, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 7, 2007 in the Palacios Funeral Home with Rev. Don Kopecky officiating. Interment will be at Palacios Cemetery with Military Honors provided by VFW Post 2467.
