James "Jim" Westbrook, 97, of Bay City, TX passed away June 10, 2018. His loving wife of 69 years, Laverne, preceded him in death. They raised two sons together. He was greatly loved by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Tolar Cemetery in Tolar, Texas.
