James Rodney Reeves, 58, of Victoria passed away March 31, 2008. He was born Jan. 4, 1950 in Bay City, TX to Faye Rayburn Reeves and the late Marcus Gilbert Reeves.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother Marcus Reeves. Survivors include his mother Faye Reeves Sewell of Sweeny; wife Carla Reeves of Victoria; daughter Jennifer Brannon of Lubbock; son James Gilbert Reeves of Lubbock; step-sons Joseph Anderson of Bloomington, TX & James Anderson of Mertzon, TX; grandchildren James Marcus Reeves, Jacob Reeves, Sierra Reeves, Joshua Reeves & Anna Beth Brannon and step-grandchildren Kaelin Ruth, Cody Anderson, Cecellia Smith, Jocelyn Anderson, Johnny Anderson & Jordan Anderson.
The family will receive friends & relatives from 6pm to 8pm Thursday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Friday, April 4, 2008 at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck.
