James Ray Williams, 69, of Palacios passed away September 11, 2026. He was born November 5, 1956 in El Campo, Texas to the late Arvin Williams and Marlene McDonald Williams.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Sandra Jean Williams.

Survivors include his uncle and aunt Carrol and Tiny Magee; aunt Bertie Lackey; niece Ashley Hurta and nephew Jimmy Morgan.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at the Palacios Cemetery with Chris Webber officiating..
