Jake Edward Foltyn, 78, of El Maton, TX passed away November 25, 2015 after a brief illness due to lung problems caused by his farming occupation. He is survived by his wife Rosemary, daughter Jane Foltyn, sons Jake Foltyn II (Sharon) of Ganado, TX and Jason Foltyn (Janet) of Houston, grandchildren Julia, Jacob, Jared, Jonathon and Jack Foltyn and brother Boyd Foltyn. He was preceded in death by his parents Boyd and Emma Foltyn and daughter Janet Foltyn.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 8PM Monday, November 30, 2015 at the funeral home with a rosary being recited at 6PM. Funeral service will be 1:30 PM Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing, TX.
