Irene Ann Parr, 64, of Markham, passed away October 23, 2018. She was born January 30, 1954 in El Campo, TX to Henry Joe Wendel and Dorothy Marie Kasparek Wendel.

Irene is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Johnny Jackson Parr; daughters Stacey Johnson and husband Jimmy, and Vanessa Ferguson and husband Cody; sisters Adeline Tedder and husband Thomas, and Maryann Rush and husband Dennis; brother Donald Wendel, and grandchildren Hunter Ferguson, Tristan Ferguson, Ty Ferguson, Matthew Johnson and Malorie Johnson.

The family will receive friends and relatives 5:00-7:00pm Friday, October 26 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Bay City. Services are 10:00am Saturday, October 27, 2018 at First Baptist Church Markham with Damon Rambo officiating. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery near Blessing, TX. Pallbearers will be James Lee Johnson, Richard Kubena, Tommy Hundl, Sonny Salas, Tim Leadford and Dennis Naiser.
