Irene Helen Blaylock, 81, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011 in Rincon, GA. She was born August 24, 1930 in Bedford, OH to Timothy Kelly and Helen V. Campano Kelly. Formerly a long time resident of Bay City, she has resided in Rincon, GA for the past 6 months. She was employed over 30 years with Shipley Donuts and was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church of Bay City.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Vicki & Wayne McDonald of Bay City, Debra & Dana Keller of East Bernard, Sandra & Edmund Hickl of Sweeny and Dorene & Rob Horton of Rincon, GA; by her sons and daughters-in-law: Virgil & Pam Blaylock of Louise, Timothy Blaylock of Van Vleck, and Richard & Mary Blaylock of Bay City; by her sisters: Dorothy Truxell of Cleveland, OH and Linda Slone of Ft. Stockton, TX; by brother: Charles Kelly of Cypress, CA; and by 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil B. Blaylock on Sept. 25, 2000, by her parents: Timothy & Helen Kelly; a son, Kelly Blaylock, a sister, Betty Kelly and a brother, James Kelly.

The Rosary will be at 7:00 PM Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, October 10, 2011 at Holy Cross Catholic Church of Bay City, with Rev. Casey Jarzombek officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be Wayne McDonald Jr., Bart McDonald, E.J. Hickl, Derrick Keller, Lee Blaylock, Ricky Blaylock Jr. and Zackery Jalowy.
