Idalue Richardson, 81, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2010. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Idalue loved to crochet, play dominos, Play board games, and read. She was very proud of her grandsons Ross and Jacob who serve in the United States Army in Iraq. Idalue was born on June 11, 1928 in Bay City to the late Doyle O'Hanlan and Eva Tucker Coston.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years: Garland Richardson; 2 sons: Dennis Richardson & wife Sue, and Gaylen Richardson; 2 daughters: Yvonne Charanza & husband Milton and Susan Bruno; 7 grandchildren: Sande Haley & husband Mike, Nathan Brown & wife Beth, Taylor Richardson, Ross Bruno, Mitchell Charanza, Jacob Bruno, and Ashley Charanza. 4 great grandchildren: Samantha Henry, Jordyn Haley, Logan Haley, and Zachary Brown; and sister: Annie Mae Toxey. Idalue was preceded in death by her parents; grandson: Christopher Ryan Bruno; 4 brothers: Rusty, Gene, Doyle, & Paul Coston; and 2 sisters: Oralee Sewell and Leona Denbow.

Idalue was lovingly called "Nannie" by all of her grandchildren & great grandchildren whom she adored. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive visitors from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, May 16, 2010 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, May 17, 2010 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck.
